Today’s question is : What is your greatest weakness?
Believe me this is a killer question. Normally this question is asked to shorten the candidate list. This is an eliminator question. So be careful while answering this question.
Best way to answer this question is disguise a strength as weakness and then explain the interviewer that what you are doing to overcome this weakness or tell a weakness which will not affect your professional life at all.
Example-1: You can say that I am a bit Shy guy so it takes time for me to be friendly with new persons. But I am trying to overcome this problem by participating in gatherings.
Example-2: You can say that your communication skill is not as good as it should be but you are working hard to improve it by reading English news paper and by organizing weekly Group Discussion.

My Greatest Weaknes is to ask “why” from others and give reasons for my things. Due to this weeakpoint sometimes people get irritated.
so this becomes my negative point.
I think my greatest weak point is i am little bit lazy, infact i am very much lazy. I want to improve my this weakness but whenever i want to improve this thing due my laziness i stopped my effort.
My greatest weakness is I can’t accept illogical talks. At times it makes me fool in a pool of goons but I still prefer to maintain this weakness, what are your comments guys?
My Greatest Weakness is that I take time to understand the things.It can also be said that my grasping power is bit less. But once i get the deapth knowledge on particular I feel the master on that.

Its hard to determine your greatest weakness. I admit I do have weaknesses, many of them but determining which one is the greatest is quite difficult.
